Treasurer’s Report – No report presented.
OLD BUSINESS
MFOA Insurance – Registration data supplied to Mike Reece. Request can now be completed and
forwarded for approval
Travel Fee Study – info supplied by Dave Stewart and Thom Coste. Further discussion needed.
Online Registration - discussion on online registration only (no paper). Tabled to next meeting
New Meeting Location – inquiries are still being made
Banquet - info forthcoming
Hall of Fame Requirements – board members are requested to submit any recommendations to Terry
Lee. Constitutional Change to be submitted.
NEW BUSINESS
Booking Requirement for Basketball - Booking Commissioner will now have access to the Clinics
Basketball Attendance Computer Program and Assignment Review
Committee Chairperson will ensure the committee members are
given this information.
Relative Rating Regarding Inactive Officials – If an official sits out more than one year, previousrating
cannot be used.
Football News – 6 playoff crews went out on 11/10/17.
Flag Football news – Justin now in charge of Flag football. FHSAA interested in state training program.
All Day Clinic will be February 24th, 2018. Season to begin one week earlier. Kickoff
Meeting will be held before Christmas. All Marion County Schools will now be in
the FHSAA District.
Basketball – State Clinic at West Port HS went well. Hospitality by Coach Lyle Livengood and his staff was greatly appreciated.
Baseball – None
Softball – Shocker HS Fall Scrimmages being used to improve officials and training of new officials. Forest HS will be used for the all-day clinic.

NOTE: Next Executive Board Meeting will be held at the Marion County Sheriff’s Office Multipurpose
Building, 3298 NW 10th St., Ocala beginning at 4PM on Sunday, December 10th.
