Minor Prizes

Each weekly draw prize consists of $100 worth of rewards cards.

1 x $20 Coles Card plus a Major Draw entry

1 x $20 Caltex Card plus a Major Draw entry

1 x $20 Reward Points plus a Major Draw entry

1 x $20 XS Card plus a Major Draw entry

1 x $20 Cash plus a Major Draw entry

41 weekly draws, totalling 205 individual winners and $4,100 in minor prizes.

6 x $500 cash winners

8 x $250 cash winners

15 winners, totalling $10,000 in cash prizes.

Promotion Logistics

An entry ticket will be awarded for every $5 spent at any of the Clubs food or beverage outlets. Members may place their ticket in any weekly draw during the promotional period. Successful entries will be awarded minor prizes which includes an entry into the major draw. This major draw entry can be placed in the barrel on the evening of the major draw.

NB: The entry barrel will be cleared after each weekly draw.

Weekly Draws

Weekly draws commence on Monday 4th January, 2016 and conclude on Monday 14th March 2016.

Four weekly draws will be conducted at the above mentioned times.

5 winners will be drawn at each draw and will be given 4 minutes to make their way to the promotions area of the gaming lounge. Another winner will be drawn if they are not present when the given time frame lapses.

The first winner (in order of being drawn) will pick 1 of the 5 boxes on display and will win the prize inside. These boxes will be 1 of the 5 above mentioned minor prizes. The next four winners will each choose their own box, also winning the allocated prize inside.

20 winners per week, 205 winners over the 10 weeks (41 draws total). Winners must be present on the Club premises to win during weekly draws.

Major Draw

The Major Draw will be conducted on Tuesday 15th March 2016, 7-8pm.

A barrel will be placed out one hour prior to the draw commencing, and patrons can place their entry tickets in.

15 winners will be drawn, and given 4 minutes to make their way to the promotions area of the gaming lounge. Major prizes will be awarded to these winners. Prizes will be awarded starting from the smallest monetary prizes being 8 x $250 winners, followed by 6 x $500 cash winners and ending with the highest monetary prizes being 5 x $1,000 cash winners.

A member is only eligible to win one major prize at each monetary level i.e. 1 x $250 prize, 1 x $500 prize and 1 x $1,000 prize on the major draw night. If they are called out more than once for a certain prize level, their ticket will be placed back into the barrel.

General Conditions:

1.  To be eligible to earn tickets in “Cards & Cash”, entrant must be a financial Member of Hornsby RSL Club Limited.

2.  To participate, member must be in possession of a current Membership card.

3.  All members entering into promotion must abide by the Club’s By-Laws.

4.  To claim prizes, member must produce their membership card as proof of current membership as well as another form of acceptable identification.

5.  Each entry ticket for weekly draws will have membership number and name of Member printed there on with day of issue.

6.  Any ticket will be declared void if mutilated, forged, copied, altered or tampered with in any way.

7.  Members must be on Club premises to win. If any prize is not claimed within 4 minutes it will be re-drawn.

8.  Directors, Management and Staff of Hornsby RSL Club Limited are ineligible to enter.

9. Printing errors and other quality control matter outside the control of the individual players will not be used as the sole reason for refusing payment of prizes.

10. Not valid with any other promotional offer. All disputes regarding “Cards & Cash” Promotion must be in writing to:
