Opening Operating Account Balance: $35,647.95 ($10K in reserves)
November Paid Expenses: $6,621.40
Ending Operating Account Balance: $29,026.55
Concessions Account Balance: $1,450.03 (monies still outstanding from fall ball)
Upcoming Bills: $266.12
All Stars Invoice Received: $402.00
Purchased Checks for each account: $49.97 each account
2. President Report – Tyler Cruze
Received treasurer info – paperwork, lap top – nothing entered in quickbooks since before November 2015.
Toby helped get OPUS info from 2011 – present (opening of account to closing account)
Rebuilding history – questionable checks/withdrawals – can request check copies: $5 per check plus time fee.
Reimbursement form for personal reimbursements – signed by both treasurer and president.
501(c)(3) – Jeff still working on – found tax returns up to 2011. (UPDATE: found out during IRS meeting in person at Everett IRS Office: NO TAX RETURNS ON FILE SINCE 2011.)

Every member in attendance was given a copy to review during meeting;

2. REGISTRATION: Rachel Butler
Early Registration is OPEN with a $25 discount per registrant Rookie and above through December 31st, 2016. Signs to be given to Tyler to help get put up around town.
3. CONSTITUTION AND OPERATING MANUAL REVISIONS: Tyler Cruze

Discussion re: draft rules w/ property players – Tyler to contact Ed re: LLI draft rules w/ property players. How do we handle returning players, players not returning, coaches not returning, etc.
4. FUNDRAISING AND BUY-OUT FEE: Tyler Cruze/Michelle Unrue
$50 PER FAMILY CAR WASH TICKETS
(5) Tickets for Car Wash - $10 each to be sold by family for “reimbursement” or “buy out” option = no tickets
WORLDS FINEST CHOCOLATE CANDY BAR
Kids sell candy bars – incentives for TOP (3) sellers; valued prizes: 1st place = $400 prize, 2nd place = $250 prize, 3rd place = $100 prize.

5. NSLL FIELD USAGE AGREEMENT/FEE SCHEDULE/TERMS & CONDITIONS GOVERNING USE OF FIELDS: Tyler Cruze
Use existing agreement – adjustments: “Turface needs to be used ONLY for GAMES” and “Deposit needs to be paid by ALL teams”

8. Winter Training with Base by Pros??? Michelle Unrue
Brent Lillibridge would like to offer NSLL Winter Training at a reduced rate – kids & coaches
$90/hour his fee + $25/hour cage fee at Impact Sports
Evtt, Muk, Pacific work with him.
2x month for 1.5 hours (30 minutes coaches/60 minutes kids)
4 hours/month = 12 hours total + cages for the “WINTER”
December through February
