Completely confused by "requesting info..." screen, had no idea what that meant. Didn't know what "hide" meant.

After explaining to her what the automatic contact filling feature is supposed to do:
she still didn't understand what the hide button was supposed to do.
A name on the screen would help. A better explanation of what is going on is needed.

Did the reverse action on accident. Object Verb Subject mixup.
Was confused by moving from "send contact" to "compose text message"

Went to Johnny Tran's menu because she thinks of selecting the recipients first.
Thought it would popup a screen asking her which contact to send.
She says she's never done a similar operation on her phone.

Confused by the search symbol showing up twice on the screen.
Why did you choose to scroll rather than use another method?
Understood there is the option to search, but the list was already available and obvious.
Understood how to move the list from a frequent list to the alphabetical list.
Knew to search move up from the tabs.
