P7 Homework – Term 3, Week 10.

Due back completed on Friday 16thMarch 2018.

**For those who haven’t completed mathletics homework over the last few weeks, all your activities have been reassigned for you to complete for this Friday!! Please get them completed for this week! If you have reasons why you can’t come and see me as soon as possible**

Maths

You have several mathletics activities to complete this week that are quite short, based on fractions, decimals and percentages, and the link between them all. Please complete them by Friday. Make sure you have your mathletics login and password written down if you can’t remember it.

RME

Research how Jews celebrate Passover – explain what it is, why they celebrate it and what it means. It is a festival that they celebrate at the same time as Christians celebrate Easter. You can show your learning though powerpoint, a poster, a mini talk/presentation, paragraphs or any other way that you think is appropriate. We will talk about/show this on Friday in class.

Prime Ministers Reading Challenge

These reading records were given to us by the First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon, to record the books we are reading. Use this for recording any of your library books, accelerated reading books, reading books and any other books you read at home.

I would like you to make sure you’ve updated this record with your current library book, accelerated reading book and reading book. Any that are finished, complete the record. Any that aren’t finished i.e. your library or accelerated reading book, aim to finish and complete 1 of these for next week, and you can choose a new book next week.

Reading Book

Remember to read your reading book at home, practising fluency and expression too. Please check the board during reading every day to see if you have additional reading to do during the week i.e. chapter 6 for Thursday etc.

*If there is anything you need help with, more clarification on or anything else, please come and ask me before Friday so we can do something about it.*
