How to find MAPs One Year’s Growth for GT:

  1. Sign onto “Staff” through the PSD Website.
  2. On the menu on the left, click on “Student Information Systems.”
  3. Under “Assessments” click on “Maps Test Performance Analyzer.”
  4. Make sure it says “Production” and click on “Login.” Production means the students will show up in their current grade.
  5. Select which grade you would like to view.
  6. Click “Filter Students” and find the GT Mathematics or Language Arts group that is automatically generated through Silk. Make sure when you have filtered to the math group, you are only looking at math scores, and for Language Arts, the reading scores.
  7. For subject, select either math or reading.
  8. Select “07-08 Spring” from the pull-down menu for “Test Season.” You can spend some time looking at different seasons. In the spring we will look at “08-09 Spring and compare from the previous spring.
  9. For “Chart” pull-down and select “One Year Student Growth.”
  10. Check the box for “List” and then click the radio button for “Name.”
  11. Click “Get Data.”

A bar graph will show the percentage of students who made one year’s growth on MAP and the students and their scores will be listed below.

How to find CSAP One Year’s Growth for GT:

  1. Sign onto “Staff” through the PSD Website.
  2. On the menu on the left, click on “Student Information Systems.”
  3. Under “Assessments” click on “CSAP Performance Analyzer (Blue).”
  4. Make sure it says “Production” and click on “Login.” Production means the students will show up in their current grade.
  5. Select which grade you would like to view.
  6. Click “Filter Students” and find the GT Mathematics or Language Arts group that is automatically generated through Silk. Make sure when you have filtered to the math group, you are only looking at math scores, and for Language Arts, the reading scores.
  7. For subject, select math, reading, or writing.
  8. For “Season” select “Spring 08.”
  9. Under “Chart” select “Growth Percentile.”
  10. Check the box for “List” and then click the radio button for “Name.”
  11. Click “Get Data.”
