  • A warranty declaring that all Minimum Standards of Management Practice are in place on the Farm (or Farms) and will be in place for the duration of the Agreement (Minimum Standards are defined in Part B); and
  • A certificate or acknowledgment from Queensland Canegrowers Organisation Ltd that the three Smartcane BMP modules have been completed.
