Description
Serotek released iBlink Radio as a platform to access various blindness related content. This included their own range of podcasts, online resources, audio reader streaming stations, and other internet radio. increasing these features, iBlink Radio also allows System Access Mobile Network (SAMNET ) subscribers browse, listen, and download the myriad of content, like described movies and TV Shows, available. As a reminder, all visually impaired Veterans may sign up and receive SAMNET for free by visiting the following link:
Quick Start Guide
After opening the app, simply tap on the podcast, convention coverage, or other material you wish to listen. Either press the play or download button in the lower left corner to start the process. If you wish to stream an audio reader affiliate, navigate towards the bottom and tap on Reading Services. From here select the state or service, and start listening.
App Orientation
The layout employs a simple vertical list to arrange information. If you synced your SAMNET Veterans account with iBlink Radio, the top item states connect to SAMNET. At the bottom left corner of each page, two options appears. These include, Preset and Downloads.
Presets refer to any content you selected as a preset. Downloads provides a quick way to locate any material you downloaded in iBlink Radio.
Settings
The main setting in iBlink Radio is the ability to connect your SAMNET account. This may be accomplished by signing in. To accomplish this, tap on the About option at the very bottom of the list. Voice Over users may access this quickly by touching the Presets button at the lower left corner, and preforming one swipe to the left.
