Individual Call-In Reservations/Individual Guest Pay Own

All participants will pay for their room, tax, and incidentals charges upon checkout. It is understood that room reservations will come directly from your guests. It is the guest’s responsibility to submit a credit card number at the time of reservation to guarantee the room. The credit card will be charged the first night’s room and tax at the time of reservation.

All reservations should be received no later than Sunday, October 2, 2016. On this date, all rooms not utilized in the room block will be released into general inventory. Name changes will not be accepted within fourteen (14) days prior to your group’s arrival. All guests must provide an approved credit card or cash deposit at the Front Desk no later than check-in for incidentals.
