Presenter

Frans Haupt, director of the University of Pretoria Law Clinic, has lectured and published on the NCA locally and internationally. He provides training on the NCA and is often quoted in the press as a specialist on the Act. Frans was admitted as an attorney in 1981 and co-drafted the review of the government consumer credit policy in 2013. He acts as a consultant for the Department of Trade and Industry, the National Credit Regulator, credit providers, debt counsellors and consumer organisations.
