Northwest Counseling Institute (NCI) offices are the outpatient clinics operating under the management of Seattle Mental Health. The Regional Manager is responsible for budgeting, staffing, supervision and oversight of the clinics at the Renton, Kent, and Auburn sites. These sites provide outpatient service to patients across the life span and include services to public funded (Medicaid, Medicare) and private funded (insurance, self pay) individuals. The Clinical Director is responsible for direct supervision, training, and oversight of clinical care of all staff at these sites.

1999-11/05:Director, Critical Incident Response Services (SMH)

Critical Incident Response Serves (CIRS) provides Critical Incident Stress Management Services (CISM) on an immediate basis to individuals and organizations affected by traumatic events. These events typically involve line of duty death, severe workplace injury and other tragic events. Services have been provided to a variety of Airlines after disaster events, to the City of Seattle during the Nisqually Earthquake, to Several Major Airlines during the September 11 tragedy and to a significant number of private organizations, including banks, and schools. The Director has presented at local and national conferences and has been a guest on local television news programs on the topic of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder and CISM.
