Updates to T3Workshop Materials for ASPEN 10.1.5/QIS 4.02

T3 Prep - T3 Checklist

  1. Updated IT Manual reference to 4.02
  2. Updated SVM shell references since we deleted the E shell version.

Tab 2_T3Intro_PPT

  1. Slide 30 – Changed QTSO to S&C Website.
  2. Slide 60 – Added that the SVM shells can be on their desktop.
  3. Slide 61 – Updated the SVM shells so there are only A-E listed (we deleted one of the shells used in Unit 6).

T3 Trainer Candidate Materials – Trainer Notes - Tab 4_Annotated Mock Protocol

  1. Changed QTSO to S&C Website.
  2. Changed the reference from all 40 Census Sample residents should be assigned to all Census Sample resident should be assigned (since the sample can be less than 40).
  3. Updated the IT Manual reference.
  4. Deleted reference that the Unnecessary Meds and initiated areas wouldn’t show up on the Stage 2 report since that issue was fixed.
  5. Deleted reference to the Unnecessary Med form in Stage 2 since that was removed in 10.1.5.
  6. If Stage 2 is synchronized multiple times, their investigative text is duplicated – not data. Updated this reference so it was clear.
  7. For the Stage 2 assignments, we indicated that the surveyors should select one CE pathway that hasn’t been revised and one CE pathway that has been revised (i.e., Pressure Ulcers). The trainer should observe both.
  8. Added the Environment skip pattern to the Non-Mandatory Task section.

Tab 5_CompliancePPT

  1. Slides 15 and 16 – Updated M1 screen shot since the probes have been revised.
  2. Slide 21 – Added the following to the M1 probes discussion, “The Team Coordinator’s request of required information upon entrance to the facility”.
  3. Slides 41, 42 – Updated screen shot since AR Section A is gone.
  4. Slide 43 – Deleted the walk through of completing Section A for the AR.
  5. Slide 54 – Deleted reference to the completion checks being green since that isn’t the correct color.
  6. Slide 63 – Updated the screen shot since psych meds is no longer a care area.
