New Users - Registration: If you are not a current user, click on “Click here to register!” and follow the directions on that page.

  Search for your Organization. If your organization cannot be found, click on Can’t Find Your Organization.

  Complete all sections. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

  Click on the Register button, and the Submit Profile button to complete your registration.

  To post a job follow the steps below under To Create a New Job.

NOTE: If your organization is new to Kent State University, your registration will go into a pending status for administrator review. If your registration is approved, you will receive an email notification within 1-2 business days.

Update My Profile

  To update Employer Information, click on [Edit]. Make changes and click on SAVE to complete the changes.

  To update Contact Information, click on [Edit]. After making changes, click on SAVE to complete changes.

Student Search

  Under Student Search, click Search. Choose you criteria and click on SEARCH.

  Once your search is complete, you may view, sort, or create a resume packet which you can email to yourself.

To Create a New Job

  Under My Jobs, click on New Job.

  Enter job information. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.

  Once you have completed the job posting, click on SAVE to update this information.

To Make Changes to Current Jobs

  Under My Jobs, click on Job List. Choose the job you wish to edit by clicking on the Job Title.

  There are several sections (Position Information, Contact Information and Posting Information) that you may update.

  To make changes to any sections, click on the [Edit] link and make your changes. Once completed, click on SAVE for each section.

  You can re-post an old job by clicking the Job Title to open the job and clicking on Copy Job on the left sidebar under the Page Functions. Please be sure to click on the [Edit] link to update required fields and dates, and on SAVE.

  You can close a job by clicking on Close Job next to the job in the Job List; or clicking the Job Title to open the job and then clicking Close Job on the left sidebar under the Page Functions.

To Register for a Career Event

  Under Career Events, click Search.

  You may select a category, or simply click Search to bring up all current Career Events.

  To view details or register, click on the career event’s name and click Register Now.

  Complete the registration which includes: registration information, selecting the appropriate fees (if any) and payment type, submitting names and phone numbers of attendees, and recruiting profile information. When completed, click Continue.

NOTE: Once you register for an event, you will be able to immediately print the invoice by clicking Invoice at the bottom

of the page. Also, you will be emailed a registration confirmation. If you need to make changes to your profile or needs

after the registration has been confirmed, please contact the office.

To Request an On Campus Information Session

  Under Career Events, click New Event Request.

  Step 1, enter the event information such as location, date and time of your event, etc.

  Step 2, set the student requirements.

  Step 3, confirm contact and attendee information, and position requirements.

  Step 4, click Submit Request

NOTE: Once submitted, your information session request will go into a pending status for administrator review. Someone from our office will be in touch within 1-2 business days. You can access your information sessions under Career Events, My Info Sessions.

To Request an On Campus Interview Schedule

  Under My Interview Schedules, Click on New Schedule Request.

  Step 1, choose the schedule type, interview date and length of interviews.

  Step 2, select or add the job that you want to interview for and set candidate criteria.

  Step 3, review your information and click Submit Request.

NOTE: If you choose YES to the Need Info Session field on step 1, you will be taken directly to the Request an

Information Session after submitting the request for the interview schedule. (see instructions above).

Also, once submitted, your interview schedule request will go into a pending status for administrator review. An Employer Relations staff member will be in touch within 1-2 business days. You can access your information sessions under My Interview Schedules and clicking on Schedule List.
