2017-2018 Band/Choir Uniform Order

Dear Parents,

Please read this letter in its entirety before filling out the attached form.

Shirts: This year, ALL band and choir students will need to order our new music department t-shirts due to the new design. These t-shirts will occasionally be worn for more casual performances (like playing at the Aces game and/or Bandtastic), but will more often be worn on the day of a performance (like athletes wear dress clothes or their jersey on ‘game day’) and will be changed out of before the actual performance takes place.

Shoes: Intermediate and Advanced Band members will all need our uniform black band shoes. We have found a new shoe company to work with to avoid some of the errors in sizing that occurred last year. If you still have band shoes from last year that fit, you do not need to buy another pair. If you do not yet have our band shoes, or you have grown out of yours, you will need to order a new pair. Beginning Band members will be asked to wear solid black shoes for performances, but it will be optional whether you purchase our uniform shoes or find your own.

Dresses: Female Choir Members will need to purchase our uniform black choir dress this year. Sizes have already been ordered, but payments need to be made.

Please read the form carefully and check/fill-in the applicable spaces.

As always, if finances are a burden for you at this point, I need you to communicate that with me as soon as possible. If you are able to split up the payment (pay some now, and some later), or can pay in full at a later date, please let me know what your plan is so I can help keep track of that. If you are not able to pay at all, I need to know that as well so I can make arrangements to help. If you are particularly blessed with your finances and would like to donate extra to help others who are struggling, of course that is welcomed as well. (See back page of order form.)
