August 2011- I made contact with the Associations in the 5th District.

September 2011- I attended a training meeting at Coopers Sport Bowl

- Presented Awards to Open Champion Winners in

Muncie, IN. and Connersville, IN.

-  Was a speaker at the Muncie Hall of Fame Dinner

-  Attended Meetings in Union City IN.

-  Planned a District Meeting in New Castle IN.

October 2011 - Attended the State Jamboree in Warsaw IN.

-  Delivered State Tournament Entry form to the

Associations in the 5th District and met with

Association Leaders and Bowling Center Managers.

-  Presented Senior Tournament Awards in Elwood IN.

November 2011- Presented Senior Award in Richmond, IN. and Muncie, IN.

-  Bowled in the District Challenge Tournament in Michigan City, IN.

-  Present Scholarship Information to Jr. League Parents at different Centers in the 5th District.

December 2011- Present Scholarship Information to Jr. League Parents at different Centers in the 5th District.

-  Held a District Meeting in Winchester IN.

January 2012 - Worked and Bowled in the Indiana State Masters Tournament

-  Attended the ISUSBCBA Board Meeting

February 2012 - Attended the Open Ceremonies of the Rushville Bowling

Association Annual Tournament

-  Attended Opening Ceremonies of the ISUSBC BA Open Championship Tournament in Ft. Wayne, IN.

-  Bowled in the Open Champion Tournament.

-  Present Awards to Bowlers in Muncie, IN.

March 2012 - Worked the ISUSBCBA State Open Championship Tournament

April 2012 - Worked the ISUSBCBA State Open Championship

Tournament.

-  Attended the National USBC Convention in Texas.

May 2012 - Attended the ISUSBCBA Meeting

-  Held District Meeting in Anderson, IN.

The travels across the State I logged 2,753 miles. Attending the meeting and other events that are mentioned above I totaled just over 250 hours.

I want to take this time to thank the Bowlers and the ISUSBCBA for the opportunity to be able to serve you the bowlers of the State of Indiana. I hope to be able to continue to serve you in the years to come.
