Reservation and Payment Information: Our camps are filled on a first come, first reserved basis. Upon receipt of your completed registration and adeposit of $325.00, your camp space will be reserved. Spaces will not be held without a deposit. The balance of your payment is due no later than May 15, 2016. In the event you must cancel, we do not refund unless we are able to fill your camper’s space, in which case we will process your refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee. All registrations received after May 15th, 2016, must be accompanied by full payment to secure your camper’s reservation.

Mini Camp Waitlist: We will place your camper on a waitlist for the session of your choice. In the event a camp session does not fill, we will contact you within one week of camp and clear the waitlist so your child can attend the three day Mini Camp. A $25.00 administrative fee must accompany your mini camp waitlist camp registration. Full payment for Mini Camp must be received no later than the morning of your first camp day.

Camp Fees:

One Week Day Camp, Monday through Friday 9:30AM – 3:30PM $650.00

(All sessions EXCEPT for Session #2)

Mini Camp, July 06 – July 08, Wed. – Friday 9:30AM – 3:30PM $395.00

Session 2 (in observance of the 4th of July which falls on y.)

Full payment is due for all summer camp dates no later than May 15th, 2016.

*Please note that because of the high demand for our summer camp program, your camp space will not be confirmed without receipt of either your deposit or full payment. We will gladly confirm and reserve your child’s spot in camp with your timely deposit and payment.

Refund Policy: In the event you must cancel and request a refund of either your deposit or full payment, please understand thatwe do not refund your payment unless we are able to fill your vacated camper spot. We request that we’re in receipt of your cancellation notice no later than one month in advance of your camp date. If we’re able to fill your spot, we will process your deposit or full payment refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee. In the event you cancel with less than a 30-day notice of cancellation, and we are able to fill your spot, we will process your refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee. If we are not able to fill your vacated spot, your payment is non-refundable.
