Subject: for Kevin LaChapelle, Special Investigations Agency, RE: Gentle Wind Project

Dear Kevin,

I've been corresponding with Judy from the WindofChanges website. She advised me to contact you. I own four GWP tools and purchased several of their books. I was never involved with their cult like activities because I was never a part of the primary or secondary circles. Also, I found their teachings so negative that I didn't follow the philosophy. However I could feel something happening with the tools and so could the people who used my tools. Every one of them reported feeling more peaceful after using them.

Whether the tools have a positive effect, I couldn't say for certain. I first purchased mine because my sister has cancer and because I'm a registered nurse involved with energy medicine and alternative healing since the 70s. I've also studied information about mind control because of my interest in the mind/body connection. So when Iread the GWPallegations against windofchanges, I immediately went to the windofchanges site where I saw a copy of the GWP tax return.

In my opinion, this is most incriminating, as GWP staffstate that they live poorly, that they've mortgaged their homes, sold their insurances, etc. in order to serve humanity making these healing tools. When I learned that 5 of the inner members make over $50,000 a year and have all their expenses paid. I was outraged. As I read more, I learned that their home has a hot tub, sauna and tanning booths.

I work part time as an RN and have made less than $20,000 a year for the past 5 years. I paid $850 for my last GWP puck. I think I paid $250 for the first one and later $400 for a wall poster. I purchased the wall poster from a woman in Philadelphia who was "buying up". She wanted to purchase a more expensive tool. She told me that she paid $850 for the poster originally. GWP claims that this poster can clear away negative thought forms for a radius of 11 miles.

In the past year, I tried to resell the poster to 3 people on an email group who mentioned interest in it. My selling price was $100. I advised them to contact GWP for more information. That was a mistake, I never again heard from my 3 potential customers and since learned that GWP now sells the poster for $150.

I no longer have any documentation of what I paid for these tools. If I can help you in your investigation, please let me know.

Ann
