Roles

National Bank: Will be Responsible for giving funds to State Banks

State Banks: Will be Responsible for handing out loans to the civilians of America who need money for their jobs.

Citizens: Will be given loans if they believe they need money to further their careers. After each round, they will either lose or gain money depending on the events that take place after their loan. (i.e. If a farmer is giving a loan for $500 dollars and has a prosperous season he/she may double his/her money.)
