Step 1: You must be nominated by your university as an Erasmus student.
Step 2: Once you are nominated, you will receive an email from th the Erasmus procedure in a few days.
Step 3: Studentshould apply on-line, and briefly the student will receive another email with more instructions and information.
Please do not send any document by post mail.
Note that you have to upload compulsorily a copy of your passport or ID card.
You also have to provide the Spanish language certificate signed by the person in charge .
FOR ACADEMIC MATTERS (learning agreement)YOU HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR ERASMUS TUTOR IN MURCIA (You will have the contact details once you applied on-line).
IMPORTANT: We will not accept applications after these deadlines.

Orientation days for

Students / We validate your application and the student receives a NIU Number and information, enabling to apply for the Orientation session, for Accommodation and for the Free Intensive Spanish Course.
The details for the enrolment at the university will be explained.
All the information about Erasmus activities will be provided to the students upon arrival at the International Relations Office.

The Language Service offers Free Intensive Spanish Language Courses to Erasmus students prior to the beginning of each semester:

Average cost of living per month excluding accommodation: / Students usually need around 250€ per month to cover other costs, food, transport etc. Expenditure on study material (books, photocopies, notes) depends on the course and varies enormously.
Is the University of Murcia able to receive students from other subject areas instead of the ones agreed on the Bilateral Agrement?
Is there a possibility of taking courses from different faculties/departments? / We will not be able to accept your students or to appoint a tutor for them if they do not come from the fields stipulated in our bilateral agreements.
Of course, we are flexible and students can enrol in any extra subjects they wish within the main subject area.
In case we agreed one student for the whole academic year, is the University of Murcia able to receive two students for one semester each instead? / It depends on the academic tutor.
Are students from other universities required to have determined language skills in our language? / We advise all partners to nominate students complying with the Spanish language requirement
