Friday, June 24, 2016 9:00am – 5:30pm

Saturday, June 25, 2016 11:30am – 5:30pm 5:30pm-8:00pm

B. Exhibitor Qualifications:

Jazzercise reserves the right to disallow any company or representative thereof from being involved in the event. Jazzercise will require the immediate withdrawal of any company that is in conflict with the purpose of the show.

C. Space:

Exhibitors cannot sublet, assign or share space. All exhibitor signs, promotional materials, equipment and supplies must be within the confines of their assigned space. The use of public space, e.g. tradeshow aisles, meeting space, hallways, lobbies or any space rented by Jazzercise will be under the direction of and utilized for the purpose determined by Jazzercise.

D. Selling:

The exchange of currency for goods must be conducted in the confines of an exhibitor’s designated space. Jazzercise is not liable for any transaction that occurs in conjunction with the show. All exhibitors who sell are responsible for understanding and complying with local, state and federal regulations as they relate to taxes, fees, licenses, etc. Jazzercise is not responsible for enforcing the regulations set forth by these agencies. Exhibitors must remit appropriate sales tax.

E. Construction of Exhibits:

Exhibitors must comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the event facility concerning the construction and maintenance of exhibits in assigned space. Specific rules and regulations will be enclosed with your Exhibitor Kit.

F. Advance Shipment of Materials:

Guidelines will be outlined in your Exhibitor Service Kit, sent approximately 2 months prior to the event.

G. Fire & Safety:

All local regulations will be strictly enforced. All exhibitors must comply with specific guidelines that will be outlined in your Exhibitor Kit.

H. Security:

Jazzercise will not be responsible for any damages or theft or be liable for any claims resulting from theft or damage during the show.

I. Liability and Insurance:

Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hotel, JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa, and the Hotel’s Owner, and their respective owners, managers, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents (collectively, “Hotel Parties”), and Jazzercise, Inc,. (Group) from and against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises.

Exhibitor agrees to obtain and maintain during the use of the exhibition premises, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including contractual liability covering the Exhibitor’s indemnity in this Responsibility Clause. Such insurance shall be in the amount of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit for personal injury and property damage. The Hotel, JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa, the Hotel’s Owner, and each of such entities’ owners, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Hotel Parties”) and Jazzercise, Inc. (Group) shall be named as additional insured on such policy, and Exhibitor shall supply the Hotel with Certificates of Insurance at least 30 days prior to the use of the exhibition premises.

The Exhibitor understands that neither the Group nor the Hotel Parties maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
