My Service
I currently work 5 days per week term time and 3 days per week during the holidays, excluding Public Holidays.
My hours are 7:45am to 5:00pm, however I may consider longer hours if required.
I am happy to care for babies from 4 months old.
I drop off and collect from Woodcote Primary School, Oratory Prep School, Langtree Secondary School, Cabin Pre-School and Woodcote Pre-School.
Charges and Meals
Payment is made in advance for the month, any additional hours will be invoiced on a weekly basis. You may pay in cash, by Bacs transfer and with childcare vouchers. I unfortunately I do not accept cheque payments. Bacs details are available on request.
Current charges are £5 per hour, which includes healthy snacks, drinks and baby wipes, if required. Please provide a packed lunch from home, if necessary. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner can be provided at a charge of £2 each main meal (£1.50 for babies) and £1 for breakfast.
A retainer may be charged, of £5 per session, if you require my services to be on standby whilst your child is at half day/full day pre-school sessions. This is to cover extra fuel costs and that I am unable to take on another child during that time.
If you are on a term time only contract, then a retainer fee of £1.75ph will be charged for school holidays.
Holidays and Absences
No charge is made for Public Holidays as my service is closed on these days.
4 weeks notice is required on both sides for holidays/absences.
No charge will be made should I be on holiday or if I need to close my service due to illness.
Full charge will be incurred if your child is absent from contracted hours due to holiday or illness.
Daily contact
I operate a daily diary, where I record the events and activities of each day, so parents are kept fully informed regarding the care of their child. This can be viewed 24/7 on the Babydays system and enables parents to update the diary with any information I may need to know i.e. disturbed sleep, injuries, upsetting incidents.
