The conference seeks original research papers in the following areas:

- beneficial and adverse biological effects of essential oils.

- toxicological issues and regulatory aspects.

- innovative analytical methodologies and results obtained thereby, in the domain of essential oils and related natural products.

- innovative processing technologies applied to essential oils and related natural products.

Papers in other areas will be considered to be of less relevance to this conference.
