‘Out of School Club’ Assistant – Permanent position

Helpston Playhouse is an Ofsted Good setting, offering places for 24 Pre-School aged children.
We also run a busy ‘Breakfast and Out of School Club’ in our award-winning, environmentally friendly building.
We are looking for one new member to join our experienced team as an ‘Out of School Club’ Assistant, working alongside our Setting Manager and the ‘Out of School Club’ co-ordinator. We are looking for candidates that have experience with school-aged children and ideally have a Play work qualification, however this is not essential. The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated and enthusiastic about working with children. We are looking to appoint a highly motivated practitioner to work within our team to further the success of our setting provision. The candidate will be highly professional and demonstrate excellent levels of communication with all stakeholders.
- Term time only
- Hours: Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday - 3:15pm – 5:45 (possible 6.00pm finishes)
- Some flexibility is desirable to allow for altering finish times.
- Applications open to candidates with experience of working with children and ideally have a Play work qualification or are in training.
- 10 hours fixed contract.
