Márta Péntek M.D., Ph.D. (22nd August, 1965), senior consultant rheumatologist. She has been working in the Flór Ferenc County Hospital Rheumatology since 1989, both in outpatient care and inpatient ward. She is investigator in II.a.-III.b. phase clinical pharmacology trials (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis) and member of the hospital’s Pharmaceutical Board.

She has defended her Ph.D. in medicine (Health status and disease burden of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in Hungary) in the Semmelweis University, Budapest. She is particularly interested in inflammatory rheumatic diseases and osteoporosis research but also has experience in diabetes and haemodialysis quality of life studies.
