For over seventy years, Future Business Leaders of America – Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. has fostered the business education and leadership development of thousands of American high school students. Our organization allows members to apply the knowledge and skills learned in an educational setting to competitive events at the regional, state and national levels. The competitive events program recognizes and rewards excellence in a broad range of business and career-related areas. Today’s highly competitive business environment requires business savvy, leadership skills, and technical knowledge to be successful. The driving goal of FBLA-PBL, Inc. is to train future business leaders to become contributing members of society. Members benefit from leadership training, networking, teambuilding, and opportunities for members to apply their knowledge through business-related activities.
FBLA-PBL, Inc. enhances your school’s ability to produce students and employees that are sought after in today’s rapidly changing business world. Today’s colleges, universities, and employers are looking for potential students and employees who not only have satisfied the requirements of the curriculum, but who are also the team players and independent thinkers that FBLA-PBL, Inc. provides. Students learn many of the soft skills needed to enhance their confidence as they transition from a student to a business professional. FBLA-PBL, Inc. continues to expand opportunities for members. Newly established programs include the Foundation Leadership Institute and the Business Achievement Awards, programs designed to accelerate leadership skills. In addition, the Virginia State Officer Team will be providing you with information about our new service activity partnership with Lead2Feed.

Chapter Activation Instructions
FBLA Chapter Activation can be completed in three easy steps!
1. Go Online!
ª Visit www.fbla-pbl.org
ª Find the blue box labeled Join Today!
ª Under I want to start a chapter . . . click FBLA for a high school chapter or Middle Level for a middle school chapter
ª Complete the FBLA Chapter Organization Packet Request as instructed and click Download FBLA COP (Chapter Organization Packet)
ª The appropriate documents will be provided to you
ª Print the file, complete the information, and send the form in with payment

2. Register your members!
ª Visit www.fbla-pbl.org
ª Click Membership in the left column
ª Click Add or Renew Members
ª Enter your chapter number and password
ª Click Login
ª Click Membership Registration
ª Complete Steps 1-7
ª Submit payment via credit card OR
ª Print your statement and submit payment of National and State dues to the address indicated.
