M3M India appoints L&T to construct the 7–star luxury residences: M3M Golf Estate

New Delhi, 8th April, 2011: M3M India Ltd appoints Larsen & Toubro, one of the largest and most respected construction group for their finest 7-star luxury residence- M3M Golf Estate in Gurgaon. The project will also be constructed by L&T in association with LERA International, which is one of the world’s leading consulting firms, providing modern and innovative structural engineering designs. Also known for structural designs with inbuilt seismic controls to ensure earthquake resistant features. The estimated worth of this deal for phase-1 is around Rs. 400 cr. out of a total investment of over 2000cr. The Project will be completed in 33 months, much before the scheduled time of 42 months.
