Obligation of providing products without defects:
Seller hereby declares that providing a product which is a subject of an order without any physical or legal defects is their statutory obligation.
Complaint procedure:
If the product has any defect, Consumer may demand to reduce the price, to withdraw from the contract of sale, to replace the product with the one without defects or to repair of the product.
Seller shall be liable under the implied warranty if aphysical defect is discovered before two years pass since the release of the product to Customer. The claim for removing the defect or replacing the product with anon-defective one shall be barred by the statute of limitations after one year, however such time limit may not end before atime limit specified in the first sentence.
Consumer exercising the rights under the implied warranty shall deliver the defective product to Seller's address. The delivery cost shall be incurred by Seller.
Seller should respond to consumer’s claim within 14 days.
Seller is not using non-judicial mechanisms of solving issues which are mentioned in the Act of non-judicial mechanisms of solving issues dated 23 September 2016.
The possibility of using non-judicial mechanisms of solving issues:
Seller informs Client being Consumer about the possibility of using non-judicial mechanisms of solving issues and pursuing claims. The rules of access to those procedures are accessible in offices and on the websites of entities empowered to non-judicial solving issues, such as Consumer Ombudsmans or Voivodeship Trade Inspectorates. The list of the entities is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection:

The right to withdraw from the agreement
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, without stating a reason.
The right to withdraw from the agreement expires after 14 days since the day you or specified third party other than a carrier took possession of the items.

You may use the template withdrawal from the agreement form, but this is not obligatory. You may also fill in and send the withdrawal from the agreement form or other explicit written statement via our website [ If you decide to do so, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receiving the declaration of withdrawal from the agreement using the durable medium (e.g. via e-mail).
In order to meet the deadline, it is enough to send the declaration of withdrawal within the time limit.
The consequences of the withdrawal from the agreement
If you withdraw from the agreement you will immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date we were informed about your withdrawal from the agreement, receive a full refund of all payments, including the delivery cost (except for the additional costs resulting from choosing different method of delivery than the least expensive regular method of delivery offered by us). The refund will be issued using the same payment method which was used by you, unless you will clearly agree to use different method. In each case, you will not bear any additional costs.
We may wait with the refund until we receive the product or documented proof of a return, depending on which occurs first.

You will keep within a time limit if you return the product within 14 calendar days.
You will bear the direct costs of return. The amount is estimated at about 20 PLN maximum.
You will take responsibility for decreasing the value of the product, if such decrease should be a result of using the product in a way other than necessary to state the character, features and functioning of the product.
