2. Payment:

A. Exhibitors of special booth or standard booth who have special electricity consumption needs should pay the charge to the appointed booth building organization : BEIJING ARTA CENTURY EXHIBITION CO., LTD.

B.  Exhibitors of special booth and exhibitors of standard booth who need to rebuild their booths should mail or e-mail the decoration plans (ichnography, side elevations, and specifications of the texture) and circuit diagrams to BEIJING ARTA CENTURY EXHIBITION CO., LTD. before Jul.10th , 2016. Fax is not acceptable, in addition，exhibitors of special booth and exhibitors of standard booth who need to rebuild their booths should sign two copies of China International Film & TV Programs Exhibition Safety Liability Statement，and submit to the appointed booth building organization . to declare before Jul.10th, 2016 （Jul.10th included).

C. Exhibitors of special booth or standard booth who have special electricity consumption needs should pay off the total charge before Jul. 30th, 2016. An extra charge (35% of the total charge) will be applied to an overdue application and an extra charge (60% of the total charge) will be applied to an on-site claim.

D. Any unpaid electricity consumption order will have no electric power provided at exhibitors’attendance.
