Poinsettias for Sale
It is time for theannual Poinsettias fundraiser to start for the Girl’s Gymnastics and Co-Ed Track & Field teams. It consists of selling large size, first quality red poinsettia plants (8” pots) at a price of $14.00 per plant. Team members will receive $6.50 in profit for each plant sold.The poinsettias will be delivered to Fairfax High School the week of November 28 through December 2 to be picked up by the athletes for delivery to family, friends and neighbors who made a generous purchase.
If you are wondering about the quality of the plants, the 8” red poinsettias are the same as what you find at CostCo during the holiday season and they sold for $13.99 last year. So if you know family, friends, or neighbors who like the CostCo poinsettias, they will love these.
These funds will cover a variety of team costs including new gymnastics leotards, replacement mats, new track uniforms,and equipment neededsuch as starting blocks, hurdles, sand pit cover, timing system, and fees for invitational meets.

Any plants not picked up will be taken to the Fairfax Gymnastics meet at FHS on Saturday, December 3 for decoration and sold
