TSS Liquidity Solutions ("LS") is globally responsible management ofdeposit and investment products offered to JPMorgan corporate clientsand development of solutions for clients to optimize their liquiditymanagement.Additionally, LS is responsible for the Treasury & Security Services(T&SS) balance sheet.The LS team focuses on maximizing client benefit and shareholder valuefor balance and investment products across Treasury Services ("TS" -Cash Management and Trade Finance) and Worldwide Security Services("WSS" - Custody & Asset Servicing).LS works closely with business partners throughout the Firm, such asT&SS Sales, Commercial Bank, Corporate Treasury, JPMorgan AssetManagement and JPMorgan Securities Inc. to deliver the right mix ofcash and short-term investment products to corporate clients.The client segments range from small domestic businesses to large,multinational corporations.In this role, you will report to the Head of Commercial Bank LiquiditySolutions which focuses on clients with annual revenues of $10 millionto $5 billion across a wide range of industries including:commercial & industrial, public sector, financial institutions, healthcare and not-for-profit. You will be responsible for the build-out, delivery and execution ofU.S. West Coast liquidity strategies and tactics with a focus on thefollowing areas:
Segment/Market Management –
Develop a deep understanding of the client'sneeds, buying and pricing behaviors in order to maximize growth andprofitability of the segment
Analyze the competitive landscape andactions as well as the emergence of substitutes in the market place to
help identify and prioritize new product development and ensure we arewell positioning our products in the market place
Develop packagedsolutions appropriate for like client segments which align with corecash treasury products and their holistic banking relationships
Workwith Product to identify new products or enhancements of existingproducts
Sales Support, Solutioning and Training –
Collaborate with TSSales and Commercial Bank Market Managers to develop and prioritizesales strategies for a range of client segments
Proactively identifyopportunities to increase LS share of wallet by improving LS salesacquisition, penetration and positioning in the marketplace
Be athought leader on deposit liability pricing initiatives balancingvolume opportunities with revenue targets.
A significant area of focus will be to make and convey to bankerspricing decisions which incorporate the Firm's economics of customerdeposits and the client's overall banking relationship.
Provide ongoingtraining and market updates to TS Sales and bankers on liquidityproduct developments and value propositions
Accompany Bankers and TSSales on client/prospect calls and develop solutions tailored tospecific needs
Assist in the development & launching of targeted salescampaigns
Assist in the development of RFP responses
Manage clientrelationships and respond to inquiries
Actively partner withinternational solutions teams (Europe, Asia, Latin America) to develop
and market global client solutions
Partner with commercial bankers aswell as broker dealer (JPMSI) and asset management (JPMAM) coverage
teams to provide a holistic client experience
Marketing, Communicationsand Thought Leadership -
Tailor marketing and pitch materials to clientsegments
Increase awareness of JPMorgan capabilities and intellectualproperty through speaking engagements, media coverage, and thoughtleadership on issues critical to sub-segments
Work with partners aroundJPM to ensure LS offerings are developed to maximize both revenue
growth and balance sheet requirements
