Team 1-Collaboration: Information Sharing System

This team’s goal is: within 2-3 years, there will be communications systems in place that would foster the sharing of information and collaboration within CTAHR.
Team 2-Collaboration: Mentoring

This team will focus on mentoring faculty to improve collaboration and teamwork, using the JABSOM model as a starting point.

This team will design a dynamic plan that makes the CTAHR image and its assets a powerful, attractive collaborator to alumni, industry, academic institutions, nonprofits, and government agencies. The plan will also increase the number of partnerships and internal and external networking potential in CTAHR.

This team is exploring the opportunities to generate revenues in CTAHR to recover the costs of carrying out our college's educational and outreach programs (e.g., cost recovery).

We plan to solicit and launch college discussions to develop plans for educational focused innovations and cross-cutting themes. Possible realignment and reorientation of degree programs will provide opportunities for interdisciplinary synergy.
Team 11-Education:Engage and Support Students

The team will plan ways to increase CTAHR's student numbers through better recruitment and increased scholarship support, and retain students through better student engagement and better advising leading to shorter time-to-graduation.
