SENSATIONAL ABDUCTION CUM MURDER CASE HAS SOLVED.

INTRODUCTION:

The Special staff South-East Distt. has apprehended a notorious BC of PS Jaitpur namely Ripan @ Dada S/o Babul R/o H.No. 746 J. J. Colony, Madanpur Khadar, Phase-III, New Delhi Age-27 Yrs, who is involved in sensational abduction cum murder case of one LATEEF MIYAN of P.S. Jamia Nagar.

INCIDENT:

On 31.05.13 oneLateef Miyan aged 30 had gone to Okhla Vihar, Jamia to meet someone at Madanpur Khadar but did not return back till 04.06.13. In this regard a missing report Vide DD No. 14A, was lodged at PS Jamia Nagar on the complaint of his wife.Subsequently, an abduction case was registered vide FIR No. 372/13 u/s 365/34 IPC PS Jamia Nagar.

INFORMATION:

SI Sandeep Godara had received a secret and credible information that Lateef Miyan was got abducted and murdered, a team of Special Staff South East Distt. was formed under supervision of Insp Rajesh Kumar comprising of SI Sandeep Godara, HC Anil Kumar, Ct. Girish, Ct. Pawan Kumar, Ct.Vinod and Ct.praveen to develop the information and nab the criminals involved in this blind murder case under over all supervision of ACP/OPS Ashok Saroha.The deputed team started working relentlessly on the leads provided by the last scene witnesses. Informers were also deployed to gather information in this regard. A close watch was being kept on suspected persons. The efforts of the team finally yielded fruit when a notorious bad character Rippon@ Ripan @ Dada was nabbed by the team.

INTERROGATION:

The accused Rippon @ Ripan @ Dada has disclosed that he was a friend of Lateef Miyan. Accused disclosed that he had a dispute with Lateef as he was not returning Rs One Lac taken as loan by him on one pretext or other. On 31.05.13 Lateef Miyan had come to his house and said that he want to solve the dispute. On this Ripan called Qutub @ Mullaji and Roni to come at his house. From Ripan’s have went to Kalindi Kunj Auto Stand on Motorcycles. They purchased 12 Beers from Jasola wine shop, near Auto stand and consumed it on the banks of river Yamuna. Mean while Ripan told Lateef that you are a Mukhbir (Informer) of Police and on your information police gets acquainted about my illegal activities in the area.On this Lateef got angry and had a quarrel with Ripan. Suddenly, Ripan conspired to kill Latif with his associates Roni and Qutub. Ripan went to his house and brought his Swift Dezire car. He asked Lateef to be friendly and join him for a joy ride outside Delhi in car. On a way, he hit empty beer bottles on Lateef’s head, which made him unconscious. Ripan strangulatedLateef with the help of his associates and chopped his neck with a sharp knife and threw the dead body into the river Yamuna. They also threw the head of deceased into Yamuna river at a distant place to ensure that the dead body of Lateef will remain unidentified. After this they washed the car thoroughly and also burnt their and deceased blood stained clothes. In the custody of police, Ripan pointed out the place where they had thrown the dead body of Lateef Miyan. The associates of Ripan, Qutub, a BC of P.S. Jaitpur and Roni are still absconding.

To recover the dead body of Lateef Miya the team had made the lot of efforts and finally found that Noida Police had found a chopped body of male person on 03.06.13 at the bank of YamunaRiver. On enquiry the descriptions of the dead body and that of Lateef Miyan were matched. In this regard a Murder case was also registered in PS Sec. 39,Noida, U.P. The photo of dead body was shown to Lateef’s wife and she identified it as of her husband Lateef’s body.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSONS:

The accused Ripan @ Dada originally belongs to West Bengal, he had studied up to primary school. In his family he have his wife, two children, mother and father. He was arrested for first time in a case of NDPS act at PS Daryaganj. He was got convicted in this case. After getting released from jail he got involved in many cases. In view of his activities, As per his activity he was declared BC by Delhi Police. Now he is residing at J. J. Colony Madanpur Khadar at his own home. In the area of Madanpur Khadar he is a well known person and known by the name of DADA. It is pertinent to mention here that he also took Rangdari with his friend Qutub @ Mullaji who is also a bad character of P.S.Jaitpur. Co- accused Roni lives with him at his home for the last two years.

Looted Ford Endeavour Car recoveredwithin an hour, desperate CarJacker killed in police action after Hot-Pursuit

INCIDENT:-

At around 2:15 PM a FORD Endeavour car bearing number HR-26-AW-8694 was robbed at gun point near SachdevaSchool, Sector-13 Rohini. An immediate search was launched across Outer District in search of the vehicle and culprits.

During checking at Ghogha Crossing picket in the area of P.S. Narela, Ct. Baljit Singh Chahal and Ct. A.S. Bohara of P.S. Narela spotted a white Ford Endeavour without number plates going towards Village Sannoth. Suspecting that the number plate might have been removed by the culprits, they started chasing the culprits without losing time after taking lift from a passerby vehicle. In the meantime the looted Endeavour car hit a sidewall on a narrow road in village Sannoth. Boththe constables surrounded the Endeavour car and challenged the culprits. As the constables tried to take the culprits out of their vehicle a scuffle ensued in which the culprit opened fire on the police personnel and Ct. Baljeet Singh sustained bullet injury in his right thigh. In self-defence, Ct. Baljit singh also fired with his service pistol and one of the culprits also got injured. The other culprit managed to escape taking advantage of the commotion.

The injured culprit was rushed to MaharshiBalmikiHospital, Pooth Khurd, Delhi, where he was declared brought dead. Efforts are on to establish the identity of the deceased criminal. A massive manhunt has been launched to nab the other culprits.

  2. A country-made pistol, 5 live rounds and 2 empty cartridges of 7.62 mm caliber.
