One of the most challenging aspects of working with girls can be turning over the leadership to the girls, while continuing to provide support and mentoring them along the way. How do you think this person will do in helping teens take the leadership in planning their Summit?
- Do you have any reservations about recommending this person to volunteer with teens and other adult advisors on the Global Action Team?
