Meeting called to order: 8:05 pm
January Meeting Minutes were approved and filed.
Snack Bar – Will be opening in the spring. All teams will be assigned time slots to work the snack bar. Schedule to come out soon.
Grievance Committee – Please try to handle all problems with coach first. If that does not work, then contact the board. Parents should not be emailing the board.
Fields –We have permits for Vermes, Deutsch, Middle School and DIS. If you are practicing at Vermes, please practice at the back of the field. Please stay off all game fields.
Fundraiser – The beef n beer will be at the Knights of Columbus on May 14th from 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm. All teams need to purchase 10 tickets and donate a basket for the auction. Each team will also nned to donate a bottle for the basket of cheer
Girls Rep – February 22 is a mandatory coaches meeting. Team rankings are posted
Boys Rep – Schedules posted March 1.
Treasurer Report – There is $47,000 in the savings account and $7,000 in the checking account. Reports available for any to view.
DC – All roster changes need to be to Jim Long ASAP.. Please treat the refs with respect. There is a lot of negative talk against Delran Soccer Club amongst other teams and the refs.
PDP – PDP program will be run by Mike Otto and Tim Davidson. The age group is 5-9. Shirts and balls will be ordered from MBM. The is $65.00 per player.
EDP Meeting – Clubs must come up with a concussion protocol. It must be posted and followed. More information to come as the club receives it.
Tryouts – Tryouts this year will be one weekend (April 23 and 24)

There was a long discussion regarding the NJYSA Age Specific Policies. It was recommended that a copy that will be chaired by Allan Croly be formed.
