Dear Orchestra Family,First of all, I would like to wish you the most happiest of New Years. To say 2016 was a challenge may be an understatement for most of us! Secondly, on a more personal note, I would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers when my mother passed away on Thanksgiving Day. They truly meant the world to me and our family. An unfortunate side-effect of such a loss was that the world continued to spin even though mine was at a standstill and many things fell to the back burner and thus fell behind. Please be assured that we are working overtime to get caught up and will keep you in the loop well ahead of time so that you can plan accordingly. We would love to end this academic year significantly improved than when we started and we will need your help.

Fine Arts Spring Disney Trip (Orchestra)
Special Announcement!
A total of 8 spots have been made available for those who would like to attend the Spring Disney World trip with the Bronco Strings!! We would love to have at least two of those spots filled with parents or grandparents who would be available to chaperone this event. If that is you, please contact Mrs. Booth, Mei-Ling Perry or myself as soon as possible so we can give you the details and what we would need to do to get you and/or your child caught up. *The student spots are open to school aged siblings as well just as long as a parent/guardian is a chaperone! J
This is a wonderful opportunity for the students to perform at one of the happiest places on earth and for family members to enjoy one the perks of being a chaperone!

We now have a secure website available for you to make payments online for anything and all things orchestra including the spring trip! Our Booster Treasurer has sent you an information sheet with instructions on how to make payments. Please log onto:

We will also have a secured lockbox located next to Mrs. Booth’s office door. For cash, check or money order payments PLEASE let us know who and what the payment is for. For added security, please send an email to Mei-Ling Perry () that a payment has been submitted to the lockbox.
