Welcome to another great year at Struble Elementary!

Struble Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a group of parents working with teachers and administrators to provide activities and funding for items that enrich your child’s education.

The PTO holds monthly meetings and we need you there (yes, you)! We want you to share your thoughts, give ideas, and support our cause: the children.

Events and Activities / Description
Spirit Sticks / An incentive program for students by teachers and staff sponsored by the PTO. More information will be sent home.
Fundraising / We will be offering a few different fundraising opportunities this year (e.g. Kids Stuff Books, Yankee Candle, Fritz bakery, and Gertrude Hawk)
Struble Spirit Wear / Order forms will be sent home with your child and are due back at the end of September.
Haunted Snifty’s
October 31st, 2016 / A Halloween pencil, available to purchase, that your children can send to their friends. A letter will be sent home in October.
Trunk or treat
October 28th 2016 / A fun night where the kids can wear their costumes and go trick or treating from one decorated car to the next. A letter will be sent at the end of September.
Holiday Secret Shop
DEC. 5th – Dec. 9 2016 / Over 500 students shop for gifts for their families in this week-long event.
Smencil-O-Grams
February 12th, 2017 / A Valentine’s Day scented pencil, available to purchase that your children can send to their friends. A letter will be sent home at the end of January.
Spring Plant Sale
May 10th-12th / Your child will have the opportunity to shop from a wonderful selection of plants and accessories ranging in prices from $1.50 to $8.00.
Field Day
May 25th 2017 / A variety of fun and wacky games are held outdoors for the students to enjoy friendly competition. Parents are welcome to attend and cheer on the participants.
Movie Night
April / May / Bring your family and blankets to watch a movie under the stars. A letter will be sent home with your child with more details.
