Great Lord of Lords, supreme immortal King,
O give us grace to sing thy praise
Which makes earth, air and heaven to ring.
O Word of God, from ages unbegun,
The Father’s only, only Son,
With him in power, in substance thou art one.
O Holy Ghost, whose care doth all embrace,
Thy watch is o’er our race, thou source of life,
Thou spring of peace and grace.
One living Trinity, one unseen Light,
All, all is thine, thy light beholds alike the bounds of depth and height. Amen.

CHARITY LUNCHES. The team of volunteers for our charity lunches met recently to review our activities. Over the past couple of years we’ve supported some great charities and have enjoyed gathering together people from across the cathedral community, congregation, staff and volunteers. As a result of our conversation we’ve decided not to hold lunches during Advent this year. We’re moving to January, when the days are cold, we need something to cheer us up and the Lodge is less busy. Dates will be advertised shortly and we look forward to welcoming you.
RECORDINGS of our choirs are available in the shop and online at
