ORDER

In the reference 1st and 2nd cited, orders were issued extending the privileges from 01-01-2009 to 31-12-2009 to the Office bearers of APSEE Union – 327-INTUC-Recognised and APSEB SC & ST Employees Welfare Association (Regd.No.B-1589) working in APCPDCL to attend the settlement of grievances.

2)In the reference 3rd cited, the General Secretary of APSEE Union – 327-INTUC-Recognised has requested to extend the privileges to the Office bearers for a further period of one year i.e., from 01-01-2010 to 31-12-2010to enable them to attend the settlement of grievances and Union activities. In the reference 4th cited, the Secretary General of APSEB SC & ST Employees Welfare Association (Regd.No.B-1589) has requested to extend the privileges to the Office bearers for further period of six months i.e., 01-01-2010 to 30-06-2010 to enable them to attend the settlement of grievances and Union activities.
