- Current rink manager is out with illness for unknown period of time.
- Cam, Sam, Josh working to keep rink in good shape

- Ice is good – building up edges, adding snow and water
- Josh is trained in Zamboni driving and can help
- Discussed contingencies for rink staffing
- Charter had to fix cable box, no charge
- Nets out getting fixed
- Scheduling – Lee

- Over 50 skaters registered for fall program
- Registration for season was reviewed – 39 registered as of this morning
- Tryouts 2nd to the last weekend of October.
- Third year LTS players – several questions – will need to have them register for their age level, and the coaching staff will decide.
- District 9 meeting next week
- Planning U-10 girls team
- Fundraising - Erin
- Calendars – discussed number to print this year. Did 1,200 last season. Plan to print 1,300 this season. Will get order to the printer.
- Apparel order sent
- Photo dates being considered
- Zaza’s wants to donate 1c per wing they sell – in exchange for sponsorship recognition. Will discuss and run through Brian.
- Tournament– Paul
- 15 teams registered.
- Registration – Pat
- Last weekend went well. This weekend planning large turnout
- Equipment – Mike Carney
- Equipment handout this weekend. Will re-assess needs after this weekend.
- Need x-small helmets and youth large breezers.
- Gloves are an issue. We will likely not have enough and they get severely worn very quickly.

- Bar codes for registration/equipment handout going very well
