Quantified added value of Loss Control Division through account research, statistical analysis of loss data, and utility analysis. Developed testable process for selecting risks. Wrote reports and presented to management.

Assessment of reliability and validity of the METPROFILE, a selection tool put into use at METLIFE. Construction of items for the METPROFILE.

Research experience

Institute for Survey Research, Philadelphia, PA 1995-1996

Statistician and Research Assistant,

Collected data for a federally funded drug intervention program on inter-city youth and analyzed annual data from this program using SPSS (mainframe and windows). Worked with existing database to combine results from previous years. Constructed and revised surveys. Wrote interim reports on progress and results of drug prevention programs. Wrote grant proposals.

Assisted advisor on various research project including research on decision-making and organizational behavior management. Worked with computers and various software packages.
