INVITATION TO ATTEND A SEMINAR FOR COMPANY SECRETARIES AND COMPLIANCE OFFICERS

In continuation of our Corporate Governance Series, DCSL Corporate Services Limited is pleased to invite you to a one-day open enrolment seminar for Compliance Officers, Company Secretaries, In House and External Counsel with the theme “The Heart of the Matter – Corporate Governance Best Practice” which is scheduled to hold on Thursday September 25th 2014 at La Cour Hotel, Cooper Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.

The Seminar is designed to enhance the understanding of the roles and responsibilities of Compliance officers and Company Secretaries whilst providing indications of best practices to enhance the performance of their functions and the organization as a whole. The sessions to be facilitated at the Seminar include:

  • Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Creating a Compliance Culture
  • Corporate Ethical Culture – Getting it Right
  • Compliance requirements within the Nigerian Regulatory Environment

The fee for participation at the Seminar is N100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Naira Only) per participant. However, there is a 5% early bird discount (payment made up 2 weeks to the seminar) and for multiple nominations - i.e. 2 or more participants from the same organization.
