Develop Playing Skill Levels / ·  Embed the RFU Proficiency Awards across the Mini and Junior Sections.
·  Under RFU Fitness Awards. / ·  Reserve three training dates per season for into the fixtures list for Proficiency Award Days.
·  Document and publicise these on the Clubs website.
·  Review completion and assess performance by age group.
·  Monitor player development through these tests on an annual basis.

Develop Coaching Skill Levels / ·  Ensure suitable coaching standards are maintained across the section.
·  Encourage rotation of coaches between age groups to enhance learning.
·  Increase the number of Level 1 and 2 qualified coaches across the Youth Section.
·  Host at least one CDP during the year. / ·  Establish a monthly Coaches Meeting.

Increase Club Capacity and Financial Security / ·  Space capacity at Foxbury is extremely limited, with 287 active members in the 2010 / 2011 season.
