KRAL AG: Four Business Units – One Purpose.
Beginning May 1st, 2012, the organizational structure of KRAL AG has evolved to four (4) business entities. These four strategic business units will be guided by KRAL AG’s new CEO, Harald Raak, Dr. Ing. The break down of these units is as follows:
- Pumps
- Flow Measurement
- Fluid Handling Systems
- Services
CEO:
Dr.-Ing. Harald Raak, MBA, has been a key figure with KRAL AG since September of 2010. Prior to joining KRAL AG, he worked in various capacities ranging from CEO and member of the management team for 10 years as well as industry and consultancy. Dr. Raak commences with the role of CEO of KRAL AG effective May 1st, 2012.
Chairman of the Supervisory Board:
Otmar Kraeutler, Dipl. Ing., transitions from his role as CEO to Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KRAL AG effective May 1st, 2012.
Head of Pumps:
Thomas Bilger, Ing., MBA, will head up the Pumps business unit effective May 1st, 2012. Mr. Bilger was formerly sales manager and member of the management team with KRAL AG.
Head of Flow Measurement:
Michael Tiffe, former business development manager for Volumeters at KRAL AG, assumes the management role of the Flow Measurement business unit effective May 1st, 2012.
Head of Services:
Christoph Matt, Ing., MBA, Dipl.-BW, transitions into the management role of the Service business unit effective May 1st, 2012. Mr. Matt was formerly sales manager of international sales with KRAL AG.
Head of Fluid Handling Systems:
Andreas Laengle, BSc - Ing., transitions into the management role for the Fluid Handling Systems business unit effective May 1st, 2012. Mr. Laengle was previously a project manager in the Fluid Handling Systems department.
