Further information requirements:

You now need to put together supporting information which must be submitted along with this document by email attachment to LondonExcellence at:

1) Supporting information:

The supporting information must be in the form of a pdf document with no more than 10 A4 pages. This should include further information about your performance and achievements and might include scanned pages from your:

·  Raise Online / FFT Dashboard

·  Reports to Governors re:

o  academic performance

o  financial performance

o  results of stakeholder surveys - students, parents, staff etc

·  Trustees annual report for Companies House

·  Ofsted report etc

Please ensure that this additional information provides sufficient information for us to assess your performance as an organisation in the widest sense - not just academic . Where possible include reports that show trends against time and benchmarks.

2) Staff email addresses

The next steps in the process will include an on-line benchmark survey administered by LondonExcellence.

We will send a short survey to your staff with a more detailed benchmark survey being sent to your leaders/managers. You will need to decide who you classify as leaders/managers in your school. Leaders/managers will include your head teacher and senior team but you may wish to include your Chair or other Governors.

The two surveys are different in their nature and we can, if you wish, invite your senior team to complete both surveys.

Please provide an Excel file containing one line for each member of staff including:

Column 1: email address

Column 2: first name

Column 3: the word 'staff' or 'manager'

Next steps

Once we receive all this information our assessors will then contact you to arrange a mututally convenient date for a site visit where they will wish to meet with key management and some staff. Further details will be provided by the assessors giving you plenty of time to make arrangements.

Please note, the site visit is intended to be a very informal day so please do not worry about this disrupting your operations - we will work around the school timetable.

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to drop me an email or give me a call on 020 8405 5064.
