1.  What’s included in the submittal page count?

a.  Information to address selection criteria

b.  Yes - Resumes and References

c.  No - Fed. Form 330

d.  No - Diverse Business Inclusion Plan

e.  No - Tabs (unless they have pictures or more info. than category name)

2.  If I’m a diverse business, do I still need to submit a Diverse Business Inclusion Plan?

a.  Yes.

3.  If I’m registered in WEBS (Washington Electronic Business System), do I still need to submit for consideration?

a.  Yes. While you indicate your specialty when registering in WEBS, it is only a notification system for opportunities to submit to be considered for.

4.  What is expected for Project Approach?

a.  How is your firm going to lead the owner in the project, scoping, design and execution, and addressing all important project elements.

5.  If I have offices in more than one area, do I need to submit a Form 330 part II for each?

a.  It is helpful to have a 330 Part II form for each office. We are seeking firms from all over the state so it is important to know which regions your offices are located in.
