and Account Number are correct as trying to recover money sent to the wrong account is very difficult.

You will receive an e-mailed acknowledgement on receipt of booking form and payment(s).

I understand that refunds are only made in exceptional circumstances and in accordance
with the most recent Cober Hill cancellations policy.

COBER HILL
Cober Hill is a Convention Centre located in Cloughton, a village about 6 miles north
of Scarborough. To get there by road take the A171 from Scarborough towards Whitby, then
at the north end of Cloughton take the minor road to Ravenscar on the right. The two
entrances to Cober Hill are within 100 m of this junction. There is an hourly Trans-pennine
train service from Manchester via Leeds and York, arriving in Scarborough on the half hour.
The Whitby bus [No 93] leaves from outside the station 10 minutes later; get off at the Red
Lion in Cloughton, across the road from Cober Hill.

DOGS
Cober Hill welcomes well behaved dogs that are kept under control and are not a nuisance to other guests.
Please do not leave dogs alone in the bedroom, a charge will be made for any damage caused.
Dogs are not allowed in the public rooms or in the dining rooms. And also, please use a poop scoop
in the gardens. .Please also remember that as some people are allergic to dogs, you may be asked to limit your activities if accompanied by a dog.

Helping at Easter Settlement
We have always understood the purpose of Easter Settlement to be the forming of a Quaker community.
To do this everyone needs to play apart, although some will be more active than others.
The Easter Settlement Committee will build the frame for the community but we need Settlers to
contribute to the interior design. If you would prefer to be a spectator, that is fine. However, if you
would like to take a more active role then please consider undertaking one of the jobs listed below
by ticking one or more boxes.
