· Purchaser shall have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 days (5 days if on a Saturday) from the time of sale. If such examination reveals any life threatening health disorder that could cause death of the puppy, we will replace the puppy provided the results of such examination and reason for return are written and sworn to by a licensed Veterinarian. All expenses for care of the puppy belong to the buyer while in the buyer's care.
· No neglect or abuse of the puppy by the buyer has occurred that causes or worsens any life threatening illness or disorder resulting in the death of the puppy.
· We shall reserve the right to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian at our expense, as soon as possible upon receipt of the report from buyer’s veterinarian, prior to making any replacement. After having the puppy examined by our veterinarian and the findings agree with the previous findings, we will replace the puppy at no extra charge.
· Your puppy's hips are guaranteed until the age of 24 months and eyes are guaranteed until age of 12 months. This guarantee only applies to the original buyer of the puppy. If your puppy is diagnosed as having Genetic hip displaysia or eye disease, it will be replaced with a pup from the same breeding if possible, or the next similar breeding as puppies become available.
· If your puppy is diagnosed with genetic hip displaysia or genetic eye problems, we must receive documentation from either the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (hips) or Canine Eye Registration Foundation (eyes) confirming the diagnosis before the puppy will be replaced. Registration papers and proof of neuter/spay must also be provided before the dog will be replaced. You are not required to return the dog. Information must be provided to us for our veterinarian to review within two weeks of original diagnosis.
· The Puppy must be kept on NuVet Plus Vitamins, which you are given free samples and ordering information. NuVet Plus vitamins must be given to the puppy during at least the 2 yr Guarantee period, but we highly recommend you keep your dog on this great supplement for a lifetime. Purchaser MUST order NuVet Plus vitamins within 5 days of taking the puppy home or the entire guarantee will be null and void
