A.  Reading of March 19, 2013 Commission meeting minutes

B.  License Reconsideration-John Atkinson salesman licensed was denied due to his criminal background on March 19, 2013. Mr. Atkinson was originally licensed in 1996. The most current license information on file is from 2010-2011.

C.  License Reconsideration-Anthony Fee installer’s license was denied due to his criminal background on March 19, 2013. Mr. Fee has submitted a letter from the District Attorney.

A.  Appeal

1.  Milena Goranova is appealing a $1,600.00 fine for installing two manufactured homes she is leasing to individuals. On February 19, 2013 the fine was reduced from $3,200.00 to $1,600.00 and to pay $100.00 per month starting on March 1, 2013 until the fine is paid in full.

2.  Trenton Johnson d/b/a N-Time Inc. is appealing a fine of $750.00. The home has been re-inspected twice and is still not correct.

3.  Behrooz Daneshmand was denied a salesman license due to his criminal background on February 19, 2013 and March 19, 2013.

a. Cardinal Homes is a licensed Manufacturer who builds modular homes and would like to know if they are required to sell to licensed dealers only or can they sell to licensed general contractors?

b. Russell Moran needs a letter from the Commission stating LMHC does not have jurisdiction over the installation of solar panels on a manufactured home. Lafourche Parish is requiring this.
