Time Reporting for All Employees

Quick Reference Guide

Sign In to HRMS

1. Start Internet Explorer.

2. In the Address field, enter http://www.maricopa.edu/hrms.

3. At the Human Resources Management System login screen, enter your Enterprise

ID in the User ID field.

4. In the Password field, enter your MEMO password.

5. Click the Sign In button.

Reporting Absence/Exception Time

1. From the Menu, select the path Employee Self Service > Time Reporting > Report

Time/Punch Webclock.

2. At the Report Time Exceptions and Punch Time Clock page, select the Report Time button.

3. At the Time Reporting Code field, select the appropriate time reporting code from the

drop-down menu.

4. Enter the appropriate number of hours on the specific day of the reporting period.

5. If necessary, add a new line for each reporting code.

6. Click the Submit Time Button, then click OK.

7. If you need to report time for an additional week in the same payroll reporting period, use

the left and right arrow keys to select the appropriate week. 8. Repeat steps 3 – 6.

9. If you have multiple jobs, click the Return to Select Employee Job link to report time for

additional jobs.

Modifying Absence/Exception Time

Changes can be made by the employee or the manager in HRMS before the deadline.

1. At the Report Time page, select the appropriate Week Beginning date.

2. Make the appropriate changes, then click the Submit Time button.

If changes need to be made after the deadline, contact the appropriate payroll representative.

Deleting Absence/Exception Time

1. At the Report Time page, select the appropriate Week Beginning date.

2. Click the Delete Line button, then click the Submit button.

Reporting Punch Time

All hourly employees are required to punch in and punch out each day, including lunch breaks.

1. From the Menu, select the path Employee Self Service > Time Reporting >

Report Time/Punch Webclock.

2. At the Report Time Exceptions and Punch Time Clock page, select the Punch Clock button.

3. Click the Punch In Button, then sign out.

4. At the end of your shift, log in, then repeat steps 1 and 2.

5. Click the Punch Out Button, then sign out.

6. If you are entitled to a lunch break, log in, then repeat steps 1 and 2.

7. Click the Break for Meal Button, then sign out.

8. When you return from your lunch break, log in, then repeat steps 1 and 2.

9. Click the Return from Meal Button, then sign out.

10. At the end of your shift, log in, then repeat steps 1 and 2.

11. Click the Punch Out Button, then sign out.

If an hourly employee misses a punch, the manager is required to make the necessary corrections. If corrections need to be made after the payroll deadline, contact the appropriate payroll representative at the District Office.

Sign Out of HRMS

1. At the top right corner, click Sign Out.

2. From the File menu, select Close.
