Basic Parent Groups

General Instructions:

•All families participating in a Basic Parent Group will complete the Parenting Scale in advance of or at the beginning of the group sessions and at the conclusion of the group sessions

•All families participating in the Basic Parent group will complete the Incredible YearsParent Program Satisfaction Questionnaire at the conclusion of the group sessions

Data to be collected:

•Number of parents participating in basic parent sessions

•Number of groups

•Total number of sessions

•Pre-post services parenting scales

•Parent satisfaction of group sessions

Questions to be answered:

•Satisfaction of the parents with the group sessions

•Change in parenting behaviors after the group sessions

Dina (Small Group) Treatment Program

General Instructions:

•Parents of children participating in Dina Small Group therapy will complete a DECA prior to the start of group and at the conclusion of small group sessions.

Data to be collected:

•Number of children participating in Dina small group therapy

•Number of groups

•Total number of sessions

•Pre and post DECA of children participating in Dina small group therapy

Questions to be answered:

•Differences in scores between pre and post small group sessions for children

Classroom Dina Program

General Instructions:

•Teachers whose classrooms participate in the Dina Classroom program will complete the Dina School Evaluation at the end of the program

Questions to be answered:

•Satisfaction of the teachers with the classroom sessions

Data to be collected:

•Number of children participating in Dina Classroom

•Number of classrooms

•Total number of sessions

•Teacher satisfaction of Dina Classroom sessions

Teacher Classroom Management Program

General Instructions:

•Teachers that receivetraining will complete the Teacher Workshop Satisfaction Questionnaire at the conclusion of series of trainings/workshops

Data to be collected:

•Number of teachers participating in teacher training

•Total number of sessions

•Teacher satisfaction of training workshops

Questions to be answered:

•Satisfaction of teachers with training
